We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager (AR)  to join our Accounting Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.

What you’ll Do:

• Manage and responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions and AR team as well as support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Control and monitor on setting Accounts Receivable to be aligned with Thai Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, and regulators’ rules and regulations, and comply with the best practices.
• Ensure all reports have been properly prepared, reviewed, and submitted within the timeline.
• Review and monitor the cash cycle (invoicing process to collection process) 
• Review A/R ageing and monitoring long outstanding invoices with the team and report to the A/R manager. 
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly analysis of A/R accounts
• Supervise and manage the team and develop team performance
• Improve working process, introduce internal control, reduce manual work, and implement related systems
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, revenue department, customers, and relevant stakeholders such as Commercial /CS/Finance operation and Tax Team to achieve timely and accurate processing of A/R
• Handle special projects or others as requested.
