We are looking for an experienced Payment operation admin to join our Finance & Accounting Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.
- Validate, investigate, and resolve payment issues promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile payment transactions and resolve unmatched daily basis
- Responsible for completing assigned duties timely and escalating to leadership if concerns arise with meeting key processing deadlines
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely manner on payment-related issues.
- Assist with special projects related to payment operations
- Other related duties as assigned
