What you'll Do:
- Outsourced Employee Data Management:
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of outsourced employee information, including personal details, contract terms, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of outsourced employees within the organization.
- Vendor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and outsourcing vendors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors to address employee-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Payment Processing:
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly fees to outsourcing vendors.
- Verify invoices against contractual agreements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Legal Support:
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in outsourcing arrangements.
- Work with legal teams to review and update outsourcing contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on outsourcing performance, including key metrics and cost analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on outsourcing management in a tech or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.
