What you’ll Do:
- Strategizing and Conceptualizing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Conceptualize and design compelling marketing campaigns to promote merchant products.
- Go-to-Market Planning:
- Lead the development of go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
- Define and execute launch strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful market entry.
- Work closely with product teams to understand product roadmaps and incorporate them into marketing plans.
- Sales Growth and Market Penetration:
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute cost-effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, and other channels to reach and engage target audiences.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B product marketing, with a focus on end-to-end strategy development.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and the dynamics of B2B markets. Food industry experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market plans.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
