Business Development จะทำหน้าที่คล้ายๆ กับเป็น Mini CEO คือดูแลธุรกิจของ Wongnai ให้เจริญเติบโตทั้งในแง่ผู้ใช้งานและยอดขาย โดยคนที่ทำงาน business development จะต้องพูดคุยประสานงานกับหลายฝ่าย ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Marketing, Sales , Development และทีม Content


  • Oversee the day to day management of the business development team.

  • Devise strategies for driving sales growth across the business.  

  • Drive sales to achieve the target by developing/optimizing business models and/or new revenue sources

  • Hack growth by working closely with marketing team and product team

  • Manage project and team to achieve company goals and product goals

  • Analyze the market and identify opportunities/threat to the product

  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Develop new client relationships and ensure existing clients get results and satisfaction



  • Previous experience working in a senior business development role

  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics; MBA is a plus

  • Ability to quickly establish trust and develop quality relationships

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Responsible, discreet, and diplomatic in any situations

  • Good at strategy

  • Understand the product (which is tech) and able to suggest meaningful changes

  • Leader by example
