What you’ll Do:
- Understand how human labeled data will improve Search, and how data will be used by algorithms.
- Responsible for setting up and managing operational processes of data evaluation and labeling projects. Produce and optimize project guidelines, SOPs and training plans.
- Be hands-on in evaluating and labeling data accurately and consistently, to be able to guide a small team on these tasks, work closely with search developers, search PM, and the labeling team.
- Able to make judgment calls on difficult or unclear edge cases.
- Analyze data, give timely feedback of problems and propose solutions to achieve the search project metrics.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support good product decisions.
- Work closely with data engineers to make sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
- Leverage data to analyze, identify and support recommendations for growth.
What you’ll Need:
- For Search Operation Specialist, minimum 3 years of experience in data and analytics.
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
- Strong technical aptitude as well as willingness to be a hands-on learner.
- Must be highly reliable, organized, have good initiative and project management skills.
- Logical, highly detail-oriented and quality focused.
- Native Thai speaker (labeling and evaluation is primarily in Thai), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong learning ability and interest to develop a deeper understanding of search engines and food delivery apps.
- Ability to extract data for analysis (using SQL) and ability to analyse data independently is critical.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a product analytics team is preferred.
