What you’ll Do:
- Communicate and manage between corporate client’s projects and the internal team for LINE MAN and Wongnai.
- Coordinate and execute post-sales processes in the media business, including monitor of performance, deliverables, and report preparation.
- Prepare documentation before and after sales, such as opening vendors, verifying quotation documents and reports.
- Analyze data, prepare information, and collaborate with relevant parties, such as corporate customers, partners, and stakeholders, to ensure on-time project completion.
- Identify and highlight problems and obstacles in the work and propose solutions for improvement.
- Advocate for all relevant parties' cooperation to achieve the planned objectives.
- Measure, check, and optimize all activities to meet the campaign’s objectives.
What you’ll Need:
- At least 1+ years job experiences in business development, operation, sale coordinator covering both performance and brand advertisement, or sales & marketing fields
- Experience in campaign planning from marketing/media advertising agency is a plus
- Strong analytic skill, communication & presentation skill and negotiation skill.
- Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and result oriented
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
- Able to work under pressure with a tight timeline and limited resources
- Both internal & external tasks done on time
- Fluent in Thai Language, Proficient in English
